A little bit of history...
As part of The Contact Group along with Contact Packaging Ltd, Luxury Spas Direct and Joncol Properties we are a family run organisation established in 1980.

We are the newest of the Contact Brand, and are keen to ensure that we provide the same quality of both service and products for which the other group companies are renowned.

Our commitment is simple - to infuse your garden and home with beauty and functionality through the highest quality products.
What do we do?
We have curated a range of luxurious rattan and aluminium garden furniture, as well as accessories, from a variety of suppliers so that we can offer you a one stop garden shop.

We have ranges of products from self-assembly to fully assembled sets dependant on the type of product that you are looking for.
We are consistently improving and expanding our range based on our valued customer feedback.

We are delighted to have secured a distributorship with Kettler, Pacific Alexander Rose, and Supremo - so that we can now offer our customers premium branded products.

We offer free delivery within the UK, but if you are looking for an extra service we also offer a ‘premium delivery option’ where we can fully assemble, demonstrate and remove all packaging in an eco-friendly manner.

We are proud to supply you with quality PE rattan that is weather resistant to both UV rays and the UK rain; in addition all our cushions are fire retardant with your safety and comfort in mind.

We have personally sourced all our products from trusted suppliers so that we can bring our customers a collection of not only luxury rattan garden furniture, but also complementary accessories.
Some of our items are specially designed for us, and are exclusive to Luxury Rattan Direct; these have been manufactured to our exacting standards so that we can bring you quality at an affordable price.
For 2024, we are delighted to introduce some new premium brand product suppliers, we now stock Kettler, Pacific, Alexander Rose, Pagoda, Mercer and Supremo. In addition to our very 'own brand' products.

With over 40 years of business experience Colin brings his unique entrepreneurial talent to the Luxury Rattan Direct brand, with an eye for what the customer wants and how best to deliver this for them. This wealth of experience of great honest customer service has stood him and his business ventures in good stead for many years.
